What You’ll Do:
- Generate new business – identify opportunities, nurture relationships, and match our services to client needs.
- Conduct rental & sales valuations – provide expert advice on property positioning in the market.
- Negotiate & close deals – ensuring clients achieve their investment goals.
- Develop relationships – establish trust with landlords, investors, and property owners.
- Contribute to team growth – share market insights and mentor junior colleagues.
- Maximise sales opportunities – using innovative strategies and industry expertise.
Who You Are:
- Target-driven & results-oriented – with a proven track record in sales or lettings.
- Confident negotiator & deal-closer – persuasive, professional, and relationship-focused.
- Experienced in property sales or lettings – or have an active interest in the Brighton property market.
- A self-starter with a strategic mindset – always looking for ways to generate business.
- Organised & efficient – able to manage multiple leads and portfolios effectively.
- A team player – who thrives in a collaborative, energetic environment.

Requirements:
Full, Clean Driving Licence (Essential)
Sales Experience – minimum 1 year (required)
