As the largest independent letting agency in Brighton, specialising in student properties, we are inundated with enquires from students looking for their new home during our renting season. We’re expanding our team to enable us to conduct more viewings than ever before! We’ll train you up to match tenants to the right properties and conduct viewings, being that friendly face to answer applicants’ questions and guide them through the process of finding their new home. If you’re a social butterfly, with a knack for sales and passion for excellent customer service, you’ll fit right in!

Receiving and managing enquiries
Matching applicants to the right properties
Booking Viewings
Organising your diary
Conducting viewings
Building rapport, answering queries and supporting tenants through the application process.
Gaining feedback and negotiating between applicants and landlords
Important details:
Salary £11.75 per hour + Bonuses, commission and performance related pay!
Hours: Full time or part time hours within office hours. Let us know what you’re looking for.
Office hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. Saturdays 10am to 4pm
Fixed term contract: 1st November – 30th April (dates can be flexible)
Driving licence essential
Own car preferable, you will of course be reimbursed for petrol and parking.
